Dr. Don W. Wilson- President, Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library​

Dr. Wilson holds a bachelor's degree from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas, an M.A. and Ph.D. in history from the University of Cincinnati.  He has served as history faculty members at Washburn University, University of Michigan and Texas A&M University.



In 1987, Dr. Wilson was appointed to be the lead Archivist at the National Archives and Records Administration of the United States.  Dr. Wilson has also served as the Deputy Director of the  Dwight D. Eisenhower Presidential Library, as the first Director of the Gerald Ford Presidential  Library and as the Executive Director of the George H. W. Bush Presidential Library and Foundation. Currently Dr. Wilson is President of the Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library  in Staunton, Virginia.  It is here he  maintains an ardent personal and professional mission to educate all people on the historically significant matters relating to World War I. â€‹â€‹â€‹

William T. Walker, Jr. – Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library

A lifelong student of military history, William Walker  received his B.A. and M.A. from the University of Virginia.   During a forty year career in higher education,  he served as Associate Vice President for University Relations at Virginia Tech, Gettysburg  College and the College of William and Mary.

For the past fifteen years Mr. Walker has been researching and writing a book about the key American assault on Montfaucon during the first   two days of the Meuse-Argonne Offensive in World War I. Mr. Walker currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library Board of Trustees in Staunton, Virginia.  He is recognized by historians as a renowned World War I scholar and teacher.
